With UCS 4.4-2 we observed that the portal server does not correctly recreate its cache directly after system setup. In a debug session we could not find the root cause.

Restarting the service once fixed the issue, a script to do that will be added to our system setup cleanup scripts, e.g.

/usr/lib/univention-system-setup/cleanup-post.d/
