We have an increasing number of environments where the internet access is available only via a HTTP/HTTPS proxy. We should have a test environment that rebuilds this.

We need to be able to test UCS installations, upgrades, App installations and App Upgrades in this environment.

I thought we already have an feature request for this but didn't find any.
