UCS 5.0-0 Release Highlights

A release document should be created. For the latest UCS version, a detailed document should be created.
The Release Notes have to point out that we will switch to the "Dark Theme" UI by default, and that a "Light Theme" will be available a few weeks _after_ the release - so in case people don't like the Dark Theme they should wait for the Light Theme.
Updating UEFI systems with Secure Boot enabled is not possible. Bug #51984 needs to be fixed first and we need a transition from UCS signed packages to Debian signed packages.
I think it would be good to point out certain changes like for example the LDAP object that are no longer supported, Nagios and the changes regarding the UCS Dashboard App, etc. I think this section is different from the highlights, because it only addresses the administrators. The information should help them to prepare the update appropriately.
Also a sentence about that mixed environments require at least that all Systems in the domain have UCS 4.4-8.
