The Veyon proxy app should automatically be install on UCS@school singlemaster systems.

The following behavior was implemented:

When SingleServer installation is selected, the text explains that the Veyon Proxy App will be installed and that the installation can be checked via Diagnosis module

The installer is not aborted when the app installation fails for some reason, but it is logged in the module log.

OK: code change
OK: manual test: installed ucsschool app, started singleserver installation from test-appcenter with installer from branch → ucsschool-veyon-proxy app was installed successfully

Please add a text line to the logfile, that the output of the installation is in 'appcenter.log'.

Please then squash, label and push to 4.4, build and advisory. No need for a merge request.
