Some Apps have a web interface, but do not support being opened in an iframe due to strict CSP rules.

These Apps get a tile in the new portal which would open them in an iframe by default.

So coming from the portal, the web interface is broken until the administrator fixes the tile (sets linkTarget=newwindow).

We may need a new attribute for Apps that define the linkTarget.

Alternatively, we add all tile with linkTarget=newwindow, just to be safe.
