The problem seems to be that "univention-run-join-scripts" is executed too early in postup.sh

The listener is not yet running, therefore "ucs_registerLDAPExtension" does not work.

51d3091b59a4 | Bug #53315: postpone running of join script in postup.sh after the listener resync of UDM extensions

Primary upgrade works without a univention-run-join-scripts
No changelog needed
