I saw several UCS 5 tests hang today in the test 80_docker/57_app_without_package

The test apparently starts a ucs appbox container. The setup hangs in the app setup script at 
/usr/share/univention-docker-container-mode/setup
  /usr/sbin/univention-join
    /usr/sbin/univention-fetch-certificate

We have a fix for UCS 5 with Bug 51776 - but only for UCS 5, the docker image is ucs-appbox-amd64 4.4-8.
We should check if we should backport 51776 and rebuild the appbox dockerimage, or if the test has to be adapted some other way.

Replication issue, probably from bug 51910 -> This bug is just a symptom.
