Regression

Happened again on enterprise customer environment 

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #47639 +++

After updating to UCS 4.3 latest errata a customer found his syslog growing faster than usual, filling with messages like

Aug 22 19:40:01 ucsserver slapd[19596]: slap_global_control: unrecognized control: 1.3.6.1.4.1.4203.666.5.16

Aug 22 19:40:38 ucsserver slapd[19596]: slap_global_control: unrecognized control: 1.3.6.1.4.1.42.2.27.8.5.1

This is a side effect of the adjusted ldap/debug/level (Bug #47196).

The attached patch should fix this.
