+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #44773 +++

Currently it's not possible to define a default mailquota for new users. Because of this, mailquota needs to be configured for each user account (or via multi-edit for existing accounts)
I guess usertemplates would be the best option to allow the configuration of a default mailquota.
