In Germany there is a imprint duty. At the moment the customers can only add imprint informations with special system engineer knowledge (portal, Python, CSS) so from my point of view we should create a feature where the customers can deposit this information the easy way.

Suggestion:
* the customers need a template file where they can store the imprint informations in html. After that there is a menu entry for portal/UMC thats link to the imprint.
* it would make sense if we have a UCR variable where the customer can choose if the menu link is visible or not.
* from the user experience way it should be better, we have a umc modul where the customer can edit this information more comfortable.

Maybe its nice to have this for privacy policy and declaration on accessibility too.

Customers can add an "Imprint tile". They can put it directly into the portal or in the menu. The latter would require two clicks (one on the menu, one on the "Imprint" link) - which I think is good enough legally. This does not require any engineering knowledge, everything is documented. Is that okay?

Also, is this really "Waiting Support"? This flag does not mean "I wait here for support from someone who reads this bug". It means "The support department has an open ticket until this bug is closed and is therefore waiting for this fix"
