With the upgrade to 2.0 we will switch to new keycloak clients, which will make the existing `guardian` and `guardian-cli` clients obsolete: https://git.knut.univention.de/univention/components/authorization-engine/guardian/-/issues/205

We should remove those old clients with an update to the Management and Authorization APIs
