To be checked, in a different scenario, the installation of a DC backup went fine. A call to "apt-get install univention-server-master- univention-server-backup" works. Set to TM 3.2-x because a system with the default software selection is not affected. (In reply to Stefan Gohmann from comment #3) > Set to TM 3.2-x because a system with the default software selection is not > affected. Remove TM. Let's wait for feedback. I experienced this bug, not also for backup systems but also for slave systems. For the bugzilla search: univention-server-master: Failed to uninstall univention-server-backup: Failed to install |
Created attachment 5644 [details] screenshot of console output I set up an appliance system: * Installation with random address (192.168.100.100) * Installation with software components: mail sever, software monitor, nagios * Boot into console * Configure network via UCR + "ucr commit /etc/apt/sources.d/*" * Installation of univention-system-setup-boot * Deconfigure network (back to 192.168.100.100) * Reboot Consequently, the setup fails as the removal of univention-server-master and the installation of univention-server-backup fails. Before, 05_role/10role forces a de-installation of univention-nagios-client (although there are dependency problems, it says). I tried to circumvent this problem as follows * Configure network via UCR * Add univention-nagios-client to be cached locally in the univention-system-setup-boot.postinst * dpkg-reconfigure univention-system-setup-boot → univention-nagios-client is being cached * Remove univention-mail-server + univention-pkgdb (mail sever is tricky, the removal fails as the system is not joined → I removed from its postrm script the join script calls) * Deconfigure network (back to 192.168.100.100) * "ucr commit /etc/apt/sources.d/*" * echo "server/role=domaincontroller_backup" > /var/cache/univention-system-setup/profile The result is the attached output when calling only 05_role/10role on the command line.
