For example UMC join:

When logging in a notification is shown: "Please join! Visit the <a>module</a>". Clicking on that link opens the module and hides the notification div.

It may be that while the notification div is closing, a new notification is added, e.g. "Package management is active!". This notification (actually a warning) is added to the notifications div but the div keeps hiding so that the user does not really read it.

If clicking on the "i" it will show up, there is also a red "1". I think it is a bug nonetheless.
