The netinstaller (to be precise: debootstrap) fails install base-files and base-passwd in correct order if the package order within the packages file does not match.

This is already known as debian bug "debootstrap script install base-files and base-passwd depends on them in Packages file's sequence"

The patch has been applied to debootstrap and a new DVD has been built.
Now debootstrap has no problems in installing base-files and base-passwd.
Changelog entry not required.

OK: No change log requires as this is a patch to the Wheezy version of deboostrap
