In order to avoid confusion upon malfunctions of UMC/UCS during updates, users need to be informed that an update is currently running. This can be done by an alert message box upon login, as well as - if possible -, periodically similar to the check whether UMC has been updated.

The updater module is now opened during UMC startup if a release update is performed. A dialog information box has also been added.
