The changes, which have been made in Ubuntu since the release of UCC 1.0 need to be checked and synced to the UCC mirror.

added update_ucc_mirror_from_ubuntu.py to repo-ng.

Sending of the email has to be done manually (or with announce_errata) and is removed from the script.

TODO: sync Packages to ucc testmirror and ucc mirror (after tests with ucc test mirror)
