We should provide new UCS 3.1-1 installation DVDs with the new errata packages, particular with the new kernel: Bug #30887.

Added build-cd-ucs3.1-1-errata3.1-1 to repo-ng.

The only difference to build-cd-ucs3.1-1 that build-cd-ng-3.1 is called with

New DVDs have been generated:

ucs_3.1-1-20130816110056-dvd-amd64.iso
ucs_3.1-1-20130816110056-dvd-amd64-UEFI.iso
ucs_3.1-1-20130816110059-dvd-i386.iso

I've done a a successful domain controller master installation on amd64 and i386. After installation the errata level was 168.

Chnagelog not needed.

     -  XP Join: OK

  - Hardware installation i386 (xen2): OK

Some S4 DC installations failed while waiting for the RID pool replication, nearly every second installation
