There seems to be no sort criteria for the attributes in an UCR policy.

Still true for UCS 4.0.

Especially in lager environments this makes using UCR Policies extremely tedious.

In the "Policies" module the variables are sorted but not in the LDAP directory.

As the variables are sorted now it is better to fix this bug, too.
