The title of a umc.widgets.TitlePane is green and underlined like a link but it is not a link. This is confusing and should be changed.

This applies to TitlePanes in Dialogs in general.

Initially, the representation of TitlePanes had been adapted for the traceback dialog.

The fix should provide an extra CSS class for this specific TitlePane style.
