Univention Bugzilla – Bug 33990
IE11 is not detected as Internet Explorer
Last modified: 2015-04-15 17:00:14 CEST
The Internet Explorer 11 nowadays identifies himself as "like Gecko" and is detected as Firefox in Dojo. This has the impact that all IE-specific CSS-Style rules aren't evaluated. It is fixed in Dojo 1.9.2. We are currently using Dojo 1.9.1. https://bugs.dojotoolkit.org/ticket/17311 http://www.nczonline.net/blog/2013/07/02/internet-explorer-11-dont-call-me-ie/
*** Bug 32264 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Dojo has been upgraded to version 1.9.3. To detect InternetExplorer > 11 there is now: has('trident') == 7 // IE11 has('trident') == 8 // IE12 http://dojo-toolkit.33424.n3.nabble.com/Dojo-1-9-2-now-available-td4000355.html univention-dojo 7.0.6-2.83.201404031218 2014-04-03-univention-dojo.yaml univention-management-console-frontend 3.0.152-25.823.201404031315 2014-03-07-univention-management-console-frontend.yaml
I have removed 2014-04-03-univention-dojo.yaml as this package is unmaintained and can be announced without a YAML file. Update to Dojo 1.9.3 → OK, patches have been applied, build OK UMC → seems with IE11
(In reply to Alexander Kläser from comment #3) > ... > Update to Dojo 1.9.3 → OK, patches have been applied, build OK > UMC → seems with IE11 UCM → seems fine with IE11 → VERIFIED
Adapted patches → OK
