+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #35178 +++
A customer reported a kernel OOPS on the Xen Host while rebooting a Xen VM (2014052521004965).

The patch for Bug #35178 did not fix the problem.
The proposed patch from Wei Liu resulted in a next problem: Ticket #2014071721000481.
The IRQ problem has been fixed by an add-on patch.

FYI: KVM patch for Bug #35808 verified by customer.
OK: amd64 boots and KVM works.
