+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #37231 +++
If using a release policy with maintenance policy and activated reboot-now switch, the system reboots WHILE actualising!


Backport to 3.2-4 required:

As /run/ does not yet exist with in UCS-3.2, this requires additional work.
