When rebasing the UCS patches for the new debootstrap package, 0002-workaround-for-debian-bug-601670.patch was dropped: This is now present in the standard Wheezy debootstrap package.

The patch from Bug 36621 was also merged into the updated php5 package.
wireless-regdb cannot be built in our buildsystem, since it requires manual signing of the regulatory database. As done in Bug 36241, I've added the DEBs manually. netcfg and apt already contain multiple UCS-specific patches; I've extracted the patches from the new Wheezy packages: 0004-DebBug-768218-fix-segfault-with-more-than-three-nameservers.patch (netcfg) 22-deb710924_retry-without-partial-data-after-a-416-response.patch (apt) engimail hasn't been imported; dh-xul would need additional changes and Icedove/Enigmail are not relevant for the UCS base desktop. If anyone wants to use Icedove on UCS, it would still be possible to add the extension through Mozilla.
iucode-tool and intel-microcode in UCS 4.0 are more recent versions than in wheezy (they are from an older snapshot of jessie): The Wheezy 7.8 changes in iucode-tool are backports from 1.1.1, so I imported/built that one instead. For intel-microcode I have imported the respective unstable upload with the 20140913 microcode (3.20140913.1)
All other packages not mentioned on this bug have been imported/built.
