Description Sönke Schwardt-Krummrich univentionstaff 2015-02-04 15:09:16 CET
The last 4.0-0 erratum of mysql is lacking of 3 patches, that are compiled in in the 4.0-0 package. This way, the root password is not set upon mysql installation.

2015-02-04-mysql-5.5.yaml

"mysql-5.5" is currently building on dimma
Comment 2 Sönke Schwardt-Krummrich univentionstaff 2015-02-05 11:45:12 CET
mysql-5.5 has been rebuilt with all patches from errata0. /etc/mysql.secret has been created during my tests and also a "mysql -u root -p" was successful.
