Write another chapter about the migration of a conventional app to a Docker App.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #39344 +++

With UCS 4.1, the App Center supports docker apps. This changes a lot for ISVs. Document the steps to provide a docker based app. Maybe a separate document is needed.
