In order to standardize our documents and websites, we should switch from Britsh English to American English for all current manuals.

To not use hunspell for a change, I manually c&p the UCS manual, developer reference, extended documentation and the scenarios into MS Word documents.

The errors I found were not BE/AE related, but fixed in r66801+r66802 anyway.
