The univention-licence package was forked for a customer.
Changes:
* UMC with UDM on memberservers. Issue #539

Goal is to create an API or merge the fork to the product.

In order to support using the UMC on member servers univention-licence has been extended (see #35157 / https://univention.plan.io/issues/539) to fall back to a machine connection if a admin connection could not be established.

A patch for univention-licence is attached to #35157.

To remove our project fork and have this extension available in the product this patch could be added to the product version of univention-licence.

nothing to do here, i can install univention-management-console-module-udm on a member server, UMC udm works

OK.
Btw: A Memberserver doesn't contain all UDM handlers or syntax classes (e.g. the ones we store in LDAP), so we cannot guarantee that this will work without side effects.
