Revised gallery view

The scope of this bug are adjustments of the gallery view as depicted in the attached mockup. We will remove the view of different app versions (it will be possible to chose a particular version in the app view itself).

Minor correction:
* The upload button will be removed (it will go into the app)
* The context menu will have the following entries (also with submenus):
  * Edit app
    * <version-N> (draft)
    ...
    * <version-1> (published)
  * New app version
  * Download archive
    * <version-N> (draft)
    ...
    * <version-1> (published)
  * Remove app / version
    * All versions
    * <version-N> (draft)
    ...
    * <version-1> (published)
* We need to display the status of an app, either via icons (could collide with 
  the menu icon) or instead of the app description (would only be visible on 
  hover)
