While switching to the app center code for the software selection page in system setup, the behavior for which software is shown has changed. This caused a regression: Selfservice is not shown on the DVD or in UCS Appliances with an outdated appcenter package version, which contains an ini cache.

Before, 'apps' with attribute WithoutRepository = True were shown,
now apps with category = UCS components are shown.

Selfservice was added to UCS components today. But if no network connection is available, it will not be shown in the software selection. The app center cache with the ini file in the deb package has to be updated within an erratum.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #40102 +++

Instead it should use the App Center lib for the software page.
