gpo_syncmode.patch

For UCS@school Samba/AD Slave DCs it would be useful to be able to configure the S4-Connector to sync GPOs only unidirectional into Samba/AD and not back to the Master. Currently the GPO syncmode is determined by the OU syncmode. The attached patch should fix that.

Committed in r77153. r77154 and r77155 do the same for `wmifilter` and `msprintconnectionpolicy`.

Ok, looks way better than my patch, please merge and build for UCS 4.2-0 too.
Changelog is not required there I guess.
