"libvirt-daemon" onyl "Recommends: netcat-openbsd";
as "netcat-openbsd" in not on the DVD, it is not instlled:
  # grep netcat-openbsd /var/univention/buildsystem2/cd-contents/ucs_4.3-2_*
later VNC does not work in not installed manually.
