W:0004-14: conffiles/etc/memcached_univention-directory-listener.conf: template file is not registered in *.univention-config-registry

Please remove it or register it or ship is as an example file.

Oh... this was missed in the removal of the async listener module API.
It has currently no use at all and can safely be removed.
