debian/ucslint.overrides does not apply when "ucslint path/" is used

ucslint accepts a path name on the command line - it defaults to $PWD otherwise. When a path is explicitly given, the .../debian/ucslint.override file no longer applies, as some tests add an issue with the complete path, but ucslint.override uses relative paths.
