Settings with "Scope = inside" cannot be used while writing the final docker-compose.yml from the template. Same with "Scope = outside" as the UCR variables are saved after the templating.

  univention-appcenter 8.0.11-51A~4.4.0.201908200941

"Inside Settings" can be used in-memory for the template. No UCRV is saved. Scope=outside still does not work.
