patch (git:fbest/50239-mapping-allowed-email-users)

commit git:bf72a9964bef6a486de8196f72296be0477261ef introduced the groups/group and mail/lists properties:
* allowedEmailUsers
* allowedEmailGroups

They were not added to the mapping but manually mapped in open(), addlist and modlist.
For python3 compatiblity they should be added to the mapping because of the UTF-8 decoding which must be added for python3.
