A customer is using ICINGA. Newest versions of ICINGA requires libmariadbclient18 (>= 10.1.44-0+deb9u1) UCS offers 10.1.41-0+deb9u1 
Debian-default (Stretch) is Version 10.1.44-0
Update of this package would be desirable
