create 4.3 v1 ucsschool app

Branch app "4.3/ucsschool=4.3 v1" (ucsschool_20171030123901) from "4.2/ucsschool=4.2 v6" (ucsschool_20171030123901) in the test appcenter.
"4.3/ucsschool=4.3 v1" → http://appcenter-test.software-univention.de/univention-repository/4.3/maintained/component/ucsschool_20171030123901/ An installation from UMC failed, while it did work from the cmdline. Should be retried to verify if it was a glitch in my VM or a problem with the app center or the ucsschool app. The school installer was installed. Then I executed it and configured it to install a singleserver. That worked wenn until when running the join scripts it was stuck in 98univention-squid-samba4.inst. See Bug #45993. But the app is there, so this bug is fixed.
The "4.3 v1" repo has to be recreated from the latest 4.2 ucsschool release: 4.2 v7.
"4.3/ucsschool=4.3 v1" (ucsschool_20171030123901) was removed and "4.3/ucsschool=4.3 v1" (ucsschool_20180112151618) created from "4.2/ucsschool=4.2 v7" (ucsschool_20180112151618). The README/UPDATE tests were adapted.
What I tested: ucsschool app is in 4.3 appcenter -> OK Installation didn't work because on some missing release files in the testing repo (bug 45950 ?) -> Not part of this bug -> OK -> Verified
