Prepare new release:
- check target milestone (all bugs fixed/verified?)
→ bug 45987 is pending due to build problems with the quickstart guide
- run jenkins test
→ OK
- changelog
→ changelog entries have been added to release-notes-ucsschool-4.3v1-de.xml
- app update
→ new app repo "ucsschool_20180112151618" has been added as version "4.3 v1" in test app center
→ the already published version "4.2 v7" also uses "ucsschool_20180112151618" as component name
  - update README_* files in test appcenter
  → already adapted to U@S 4.3
  - upload new packages to test appcenter
  → U@S packages have been rebuilt for UCS 4.3 and pushed to the test app center


- app is published
- manual is published

- send internal announcement mail
- set bugs to CLOSED

A rebuild of all manuals, release notes etc that use the common bibliography will is required, as it contains links to the 4.2 version of the UCS manual.
