As the documentation in the wiki says, the App Center takes care of the OIDs. I left them out in the example.

Made a bunch of changes based on our discussion today. I also reworked the chapter on IDM connection a little bit to reflect the changes resulting from the app attributes.

I referred to the UDM chapter in the manual for more attributes. I basically left the ones there that already existed.

Looks fine, as discussed.
I would divide the explanation about each type={ObjectClass,ExtendedAttribute,ExtendedOption} into separate sections.
Note that ExtendedOptions only works for UCS >= 4.4 (and we don't publish UCS 4.3 erratum Bug #48791).
