Using UCS in Server 2016 Hyper-V Generation1 with 2048MB Memory
following issues (ucs-V4.4)
1.)  after configuring system is stuck in Maintenence mode
     solution: https://help.univention.com/t/usc-stuck-in-maintenance-mode/10045/3
    updater/maintenance was unset
2.) german keyboard layout is incomplete (no qwertz) without setting keyboard variant
3.) grub splash and graphic mode results at black screen
