Sind für einen Benutzer die Profile kde.restricted oder kde.lockeddown gesetzt  wird noch der UCS 2.0 KDEsplash angezeigt.

Beide Profile sind auch noch nicht UTF-8 (siehe auch Bug #9528).

Gerade wieder bei den Releasetests zu UCS 2.3-0 aufgefallen.
Workaround: zusätzlich in die Desktoprichtlinie des Benutzers ucs-23 vor restricted oder lockdown eintragen.

Bei den Releasetests zu UCS 2.3-0 zusätzlich aufgefallen:

restricted profil:
  * Desktop Icon "Mozilla Navigator" das nicht funktioniert

lockeddown profil:
  * Keine Schnellstart Icons
