Auf einem ucs_2.3 Slave der von einem ucs_2.4-0 Backup (und Master) repliziert trat ein failed.ldif auf:

  modifyTimestamp: value #0 invalid per syntax

Das sieht mir sehr nach Bug 16601 aus, zumal der entsprechende Patch

  svn/patches/openldap/2.4-0-0-ucs/2.4.22-1/71_OL23_entryCSN_validation.patch.disabled

zu ucs_2.4-0 deaktiviert wurde. Ich nehme daher an, das das Problem nicht mehr auftritt, wenn man den wieder aufnimmt.

UCS 2.4 wurde veröffentlicht. Sollte der hier beschriebene Bug mit einer
neueren Version von UCS erneut auftreten, so sollte der Bug dupliziert werden:
"Clone This Bug".
