Add integration of munin

Anregung aus http://forum.univention.de/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1101&p=3650 die Integration von "munin", einem Statistiktool, könnte für die UMC geprüft werden. Mich interessierte der Teil "Integration". Darunter stelle ich mir zwei Pakete namens univention-munin-node (abhängig von munin-node) und univention-munin-server (abhängig von munin) vor, bei denen: * univention-firewall Regeln im Client aktiviert werden damit (nur) der Server Zugriff auf Port 4949 hat. * Alle Clients automatisch in die Konfiguration des Servers eingetragen werden. * Evtl. eine Integration von Munin in Nagios (vllt. besser über ein univention-nagions-munin Paket) * Eine Abhängigkeit von univention-munin-node nach libwww-perl und time da diese Abhangigkeiten bei munin-node meiner Meinung nach fehlt :) Aber vielleicht bastel ich da in einer ruhigen Minute mal selbst dran.

Oh ja, das stimmt, mein Fehler! Es geht um eine Integration in die Mangement Console, das hatte ich übersehen :) . Ja, das ist richtig, die Integration sollte diese Punkte ansprechen. Ähnlich funktioniert ja auch die Integration von Nagios.

WONTFIX, we have Grafana now
