Über Windows eine Gruppe angelegt. Dieser bekommt als Mitglied die "Domain Admins" Gruppe.

Unter UCS heißt die Gruppe aber nun "domain admins"

-> ldapsearch -x cn=testgroup uniqueMember -LLL
dn: cn=testgroup,cn=users,dc=test,dc=dom
uniqueMember: cn=domain admins,cn=groups,dc=test,dc=dom

-> udm list
DN: cn=testgroup,cn=users,dc=test,dc=dom
...
  nestedGroup: cn=domain admins,cn=groups,dc=test,dc=dom

getent group funktioniert trotzdem.

Das funktioniert, ja , aber der UMC UDM kommt anscheinend damit nicht klar, ich kann zumindest dort die Gruppe "Domain Admins" als nested Group an einer Gruppe setzen, die "domain admins" bereits als nested Group definiert hat. Beim Speichern beschwert sich dann natürlich das LDAP.

Hier sollte das Verhalten bzgl. Groß und Kleinschreibung durch alle UCS Komponenten hindurch möglichst konsistent sein.

Vielleicht ist das aber auch besser in der UMC zu lösen.

Dann würde ich das auch in der GUI lösen, zumal es existierenden Installationen ja eine Anpassung des Connector-Verhaltens nicht hilft. Da der Benutzer hier durch den LDAP-Syntaxfehler vor einer Fehlkonfiguration geschützt wird, schlage ich vor den Bug zu schieben.

This issue has been filed against UCS 2.4.

UCS 2.4 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have vastly changed in
later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug".
In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting
