Es muss ein Flavor des UDM UMC-Moduls für Mail- und Nagios-Assistenten geben

Die Module sind von der Grundfunktionalität umgesetzt. Für Fehler/Featurewishes sollten neue Bugs angelegt werden.

QA: Mail- und Nagios-Module funktionieren soweit. Folgendes Problem wurde ausgelagert: Bug 23783 
→ VERIFIED

UCS 3.0-0 wurde veröffentlicht. Sollte der hier beschriebene Bug mit einer
neueren Version von UCS erneut auftreten, so sollte dieser Bug dupliziert
werden: "Clone This Bug"
