Für die QA bitte folgendes beachten:

* Das Setup-Skript usr/lib/univention-system-setup/scripts/ssl/10ssl prüft die Systemrolle und generiert nur ein neues Zertifikat auf einem Master. 
* Die Zertifikatseite wird nur auf einem DC-Master angezeigt.

Auf einem Master wird das Zertifikat generiert.

UCS 3.0-0 wurde veröffentlicht. Sollte der hier beschriebene Bug mit einer
neueren Version von UCS erneut auftreten, so sollte dieser Bug dupliziert
werden: "Clone This Bug"
