no ucslint in some umc module packages

Die ucslint-Überprüfung für die UMC-Module fehlt derzeit noch.
Die entsprechenden Fehler, die ucslint anzeigt, sollten in diesem Zuge auch bearbeitet werden.
ucslint is missing in the following packages: management/univention-management-console-module-mrtg management/univention-management-console-module-top management/univention-management-console-module-ucr
