Wenn ein Host sowohl eine IPv4 als auch eine IPv6-Adresse per UCR konfiguriert hat, wird in die pg_hba für pkgdb die v4-Adresse eingetragen; univention-pkgdb-Zugriffe nutzen jedoch die v6-Adresse und werden daher abgelehnt.

[Ab PostgreSQL 9.0 gibt es "samehost":
  ucr set pgsql/pkgdb/netmask= pgsql/pkgdb/network=samehost
das für alle Adressen des Hosts steht]

Das sollte jetzt durch Bug #27873 funktionieren.
