acroread|acroread-de ist in 3.0 nicht mehr maintained, wahrscheinlich dadurch wird das Paket beim Update entfernt.

In den Release Notes sollte das erwähnt werden. Wenn jemand das Paket wieder haben will, muss er es in 3.0 über unmaintained installieren.
