Cleanup univention-ssl

Die Handhabung von "univention-certificate -path" funktioniert nicht: $2 statt
$1.
"univention-certificate check" liefert immer "exit 0", auch wenn das zertifikat
"inavlid" ist.

Und einen Haufen weiterer Kleinigkeiten.

Noch mehr:
- Die Dateien unter /etc/univention/ssl/$FQDN/ sind unnötigerweise ausführbar.
